They’re times when I wish I could back to days when I was a kid. When I didn’t have a care in the world but chasing ice cream trucks , playing ball at the park and causing mischievous. My past is something I try holding on to, because I’ve had such good memories. Attending kamala elementary school would probably have to be one of the highlights of my childhood. That’s the place where I had my first kiss and made some of the best friends whom I’m still hang out with till this day. Most of my friends and I all attended the same jr.high so it was like kamala all over again, but instead of running around on the blacktop we were running around chasing girls and going to PAL dances. Man did those two years go by fast, by the time I knew it I was an incoming freshmen and that’s when ”growing up” started for me. More responsibility and knowing childhood is coming to an end was scary. But eventually I graduated and I must say graduating high school was one of the most exciting days of my life.
My present normally consist of going to school, working and hanging out with friends. I was lucky enough to only have class twice a week this semester. So when I’m not in school I’m either working or helping my dad around the house. But then when I do have down time I like to hang out at the house watching movies on Netflix or just hanging out with the boys. As for my present day I’m doing my best to stay focused on school because school is going to hopefully be the key to my success.
I don’t know what to really say about my future just yet. I have goals in mind that I would love to full fill and is going to take a lot of work in doing so. But what I’m sure of is that I definitely want to transfer out and graduate from Cal State Northridge, hopefully land a well paying job, get married and start a family. But as for now I’m just trying to stay motivated and focused on this semester.
Love the name of your blog! Thanks for this post.
ReplyDeleteIt's the best when you have some of the same friends you grew up with. Hopefully time wont take them away from you :).
ReplyDeleteWoah. . kisses in elementry you were quick to grow up. But it's cool that you still have your good friends, I have only one that i still see almost every week. Keep working hard and I'm sure you will get to where you want to be.
ReplyDeletethe best times really were when we were all kids and didn't have to worry about stuff we weren't really aware of.
ReplyDeleteI also want to go back to those good old days where nothing mattered. Its great that you have friends that have been with you since elementary, i can tell their great friends so keep them around. Seems like you have a pretty good life right now and it can only get better (:
